Conditions of participation
Terms and Conditions for the âRefer a Customerâ Campaign
1. Who can participate? All existing customers are eligible to participate in the campaignâincluding individuals and entire corporate teams that have purchased products or services from Torc-nology GmbH / Torc-nology B.V.
2. How does the referral work? A referral is considered active when an existing customer (the referrer) recommends our company (Torc-nology GmbH / Torc-nology B.V.), our products, or our services to their contacts. The contact must then get in touch with us through one of our channelsâbe it in person, by phone, email, or via our online platforms (website, social media, etc.). To ensure a smooth process, we ideally ask both parties to inform us: The new customer should let us know who referred them, and the existing customer should tell us whom they have referred.
3. When is a referral considered successful? A referral is considered successful as soon as the first consultation has taken place between the new customer and a Torc-nology sales representative.
4. How and when will the reward be handed over? Once the referral is successful, the reward will be handed over as quickly as possible, ideally within two weeks, or at the latest, one month after the consultation with the new customer. However, we reserve the right to a maximum handover period of two months. The handover will be done in person by our sales representatives or, in exceptional cases, by our drivers. For longer distances, the reward can also be sent securely by mail. The decision on the shipping method is at our discretion.
5. Upper limit and misuse There is no upper limit on the number of successful referrals per customer. You can refer as often as you like. Cases of misuse, such as self-referral, will be excluded from participation. We reserve the right to verify the validity of referrals on a case-by-case basis.
